well, I've seen 'em
I do not like women, in general. I'm sure that comes of no surprise to those of you who have been reading here for a while. Last week I saw a link about the women in Iraq and it reminded me of why I don't like women.
Mystery Achievement posted about the very thing that reminded me that I didn't like women which made it even more so. Not hate, just not like. Not all, just the stupid ones, those which rejoice in victimhood. This is what I'm on about. Those 90 women elected to the Iraqi congress and Sharia law. Any red blooded American woman (who wasn't of the left wing it is their "culture" party line) would be Fuck that Sharia Shit! Let us shed these cloth prisions! Let our words be heard! Let us shake that ass. Instead, women are elected and immediately work on incorporating Sharia Law.
"[The husband] can beat his wife but not in a forceful way, leaving no mark. If he should leave a mark, he will pay," she says of a system she supports. "He can beat her when she is not obeying him in his rights. We want her to be educated enough that she will not force him to beat her, and if he beats her with no right, we want her to be strong enough to go to the police."
That from Jenan al-Ubaedy, one of those freshly elected fems. Instead of equality, she will work to better educate women on how to avoid being beaten and if they should do something that warrants a beating, like show her wrist damn the wind, they must be educated on the best way to scrunch up in a ball so internal organs are not damaged. Wait, perhaps they should add to the list an instructional booklet for the men on the best way to beat their wives so it doesn't break anything but just cause a lot of pain, doesn't matter if there are any bruises and whatnot, not like anyone will see 'em anyways. This close to freedom and decided to retreat further into their cell. Unfuckingbelievable.
Iraqi women aren't the only idiots. There are the Americans. It seems not enough females are in the sciences. Apparently the secret ingredient that has been missing is ice cream.
“Imagine all the trouble Summers would have avoided had he only had the wit to suggest inviting female would-be scientists to ice cream socials! But it’s not too late for him to redeem himself by building on this suggestion.”
Okay, let me get this straight: The big, bad Harvard feminists feel that the reason more women aren’t flocking to the chemistry lab is that nobody ever bothered to say to them, “Have an ice cream cone, little lady.” Talk about playing to stereotypes!
Charlotte Rocks!
Cathy too for that matter.
Carrie L Lukas on the IWF - Summers Hatin', Happened So Fast
It's been a rough year for old-guard feminists. Their archenemy, President Bush, was re-elected and the Democrat's advantage among women all but vanished. Many liberal stalwarts, including a defeated John Kerry, speculated that Democrats' stance and statements on abortion -- largely the product of feminists' influence on the issue -- alienated voters and needs moderation. Feminists watched as Senator Hillary Clinton, poster-woman for the feminist movement, launched a deliberate campaign to appear moderate and distance herself from the liberal left.
Another blow came when an ex-board member of the National Organization for Women in New York released Why Men Earn More. This book shatters the idea that the "wage gap," or the difference between the median wages of "working" men and women, is the result of discrimination.
Have you checked out the Independent Women's Forum yet? I dig their Mission Statement
The Independent Women's Forum was established to combat the women-as-victim, pro-big-government ideology of radical feminism. We seek to restore, strengthen, and extend that which promotes women's well being by advancing the principles of self-reliance, political freedom, economic liberty, and personal responsibility.
On Jihad Watch - Hugh Fitzgerald with an excellent piece on Why the West should cease all economic aid to Muslim countries. Too much to quote, just read it if you are so inclined. And along the lines of 'one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter' comes Deroy Murdock with Terror and the English Language.
September 11 was an attack, not just a string of coincidental strokes and heart failures that eliminated thousands of victims at once.
Recall some of the words that soon followed the September 11 atrocity. Kinko's stores, for instance, installed placed with the Stars and Stripes emblazoned across the lower 48 states. That graphic included this regrettable caption:
"The Kinko's family extends our condolences and sympathies to all Americans who have been affected by the circumstances in New York City, Washington, D.C. and Pennsylvania."
Circumstances? That word describes an electrical blackout, not terrorist bloodshed.
Similarly, September 11 was tragic, but far more, too. "The September 11 tragedy" misses the point: Tornadoes cause tragedies, but they are not malicious, as America's enemies were that day, and still are.
Victims of terrorism do not "die," nor are they "lost." They are killed, murdered, and slaughtered.
More later, time for the java fix.
Oh yes! And a MILLE GRAZIE to the Fairy God Mother er Colleen for the super duperpackage of Magical Princess Things (2 pairs of slippers and a purse and little bags to go in the purse and mommy and daddy can't touch them because they are Special Things!) and the cool stitchmarkers in the above photo along with wires to make my own. The note about said wire: Ugly beads are one thing but the green wire has to go - wahahaha true that!. Much appreciated Colleen!
