back friday. got a 5yo fist to the old eyeball.
(it was an accident, really, which makes the kid think it shouldn't hurt because you know, accident)
time for some quality time with the local red.

ouch! hope your eyeball recovers soon! maybe you could stick on the knitted eyebrows to cover it up, instead of an eyepatch?!

i had a black eye (or at least a bruise) from Girlfriend and my walking "buddy" accused me of getting botox. (heh heh; I admit to one shot above the left eye one time a long time ago, but it wasn't from that).
Anyway; best to lay low. And I'm blind in one eye, so take it from me and my opthomologist: wear eyeglasses when with children with wild wacky arms. And if you don't need them, go pick up some fab pradas in town.

Watch that depth perception if you're knitting with one eye, I'd hate to see you get poked in the eye with your knitting ..... feel better soon ... and I think you should indulge in some of those chocolates stuffed in those cozies!!

My now 19 y.o. used to injure me regularly when she was a toddler. By five she got past it, but I had more bruises to my chin........
