Feltable wool is nearly impossible to find here in Bella Sicilia but I did happen to find this Elann Highlands Wool in the stash during the summer/winter stash rotation and having just completed the Sparticle bag I though I'd do a felted version too. The felted version took about half the time of the non-felted to knit up. Knowing that any "oopsies" would disapper in the was increased the speed (well okay, it's just a theory). Would be a great first project for somebody wanting to give mosaic / slip stitch knitting a shot. Pattern for The GarterBelt.com, pattern page can be viewed here.
