The Other Sueet.

Sueet - From the Spring 04 issue of Knitty.

Used: Filatura di Grignasco Mexico mercerized cotton(black) 2 50 gram balls (1.76oz-85mt/93yds). (Green) roughly the same amount of cotton I'd frogged off a sweater picked up at the market. The cotton/mosaic combination made a wonderful 'purse fabric', much sturdier than I'd imagined.

Mosaic patt: From Le Dictionnaire Harmony Des Points De Tricot - Volume lll w/ a couple small modifications.

Lined with fabric from an old pair of maternity pants. Hand sewing help here - Easy Sueet lining by hand.

Mods:

CO 2 extra sts. for seaming if knitting flat. Handles - short handles knit w/ CC, 5 rows of garter before starting shaping.
